backing up personal data to X-Drive

I've just switched over from Lotus to Outlook and want to be able to do
weekly backups but can't find the data files. I need to be able to mark these
for X-Drive to pick up. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks -- actually, once I discovered from another post what the hidden file
location/name was, I discovered it and found it easy to mark it for back up.
