backing up Outlook express mail

I've been able to back up my data for other apps to disk,
but I can't find the Outlook mail files through explorer.
I want to be able to back them up before doing a system
restore, any advice?
I'm running windows Xp home edition on an IBM with a 40
gig hard drive

Use OEBackup

Go to Tools/Options/Maintenance/Store Folder in your OE and see where your
data resides. To be able to see this folder in the explorer you might need
to enable viewing hidden and/or system folders. To do so in the explorer:
Tools/Folder Options/View.
