Backing Up Outlook Data Files

I use outlook a lot, and would like to be able to Backup
all my Emails, Address Book, and Settings to a CD.
Can anyone let me know if Outlook can do this by it self
or is there some software that can easily do the Backups
require.
I would have thought that many people would like to have
this facility without having to backup the whole hard disk

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
