Backing up my system

Is there a way to back up my system and is there an
existing program in windows xp that will allow me to do
this onto either floppy disks or CD's????

The windows backup utility will not let you backup to a
cd-rw. I use Roxio to make a DATA cd, and I use that for
back up. I was told that way by a Gateway rep, but have
not had to test the recovery yet.
