Good day..

I am using VISTA and Microsoft Mail. I want to back up my files, but the
systems says the files to back up on are in a directory that does not show up
on explorer.
I want to backup the files so I can install them on a new computer.

Why cant' I find
C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail

Thank you

use Explorer Tools View and enable the display of all files, 3 different options I believe.

AppData has the 'hidden' attribute.
In Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder Options, View, and select
"Show hidden files and folder".
You can also get to Folder Options from Control Panel.
