Backing up files from server to cd on xp pro

Boos asked me to back up any document etc. older than 18 months not accessed
or modified to cd, Keeping the directory structure intact.

This equates to approximatly 44000 file on the server, Yes Im not Kidding
44000 Files.

The important part is keeping the directory structure intact and only file
mot modified or accessed in over 18 months. Any Ideas on how would be
helpfull.
 
backup software will do that no problems quite a few companies to choose
check some reviews for details a few offer free trial downloads sometime
bundled with a Tape backup it is not the number of files but the total size
that makes the difference.

A mammoth2 drive might be a good starting point 150GB and the tape tests the
heads when you load the tape if it needs cleaning it has a cleaning tape
built-in!
