Background disappears when I update my webpages! Help!

I just updated a couple of my web pages, to put a notice about shipping, and
when I went to see how it looked, my background disappeared on one of my
pages! I don't know how to fix it. I tried to reinstall it, but I got a
message saying I had to remove all themes before adding a background, I HAVE
NO THEMES! So I manually went thru the motions of taking out any preset
themes, even though I have none, and it still doesn't let me put my
background back in. This is the second time this happened and I'm not sure
how to fix it. Last time I finally got it back to the way it was supposed to
be, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did it. Now I'm stuck.
Can someone please tell me why this sometimes happens when I do an update and
how I can easily fix it? Thankyou!

HI! did you check to see if the path to the file is still good ( in source
view)?
Is the image still on the server? you can check maybe with an FTP program
just to see if its there. ( but use it to upload ).
