My system seems to be very slow to respond,when i read up
about it, i am advised to do a back up,how do i do this?
 
I need top backup my BIOS settings--where do I find them?

Your BIOS settings or BIOS?

BIOS settings: Personally, I just write them down in a notebook.

BIOS: Contact the computer manufacturer or the motherboard manufacturer. If
available, they will have a software tool that allows you to create a copy
of the current BIOS on a floppy disk.
