Back up

I've recently purchased a new pc from Dell who do not provide either an
installation cd or back up facilities. Can anyone recommend a reliable
download which I can install to back up my system?
 
Pay $10 to Dell and they'll send you the Windows CD. Money well spent, since
that CD can be very important.
