Back up the Favorites

Hi,

I just reformatted my hard disk because of unresolvable problems.

Anyhow, I lost all the site bookmarks. I was wondering if there is any way
I can backup all my bookmarks (Favorites) to include in my regular, weekly,
backup of "My Documents" folder

In IE, File | Import and Export
