Ok I got read of 3rd part stuff on my XP box and configured ICS with ICF and
windows messenger si now working nicely.
For the sake of it, I just would like to know what are the 2 entries I have
now in ICS :
- msmsgs 10955 UDP
- msmsgs 9710 TCP

For the info, Iinstalled msn messenger 5.0 to check if it would work better
?

Are you able to get a voice connection even if you running Messenger from a
non-administrator account?

I haven't tried this but I have seen in an article in Microsoft Knowledge
Base while I was looking for info re messenger and upnp for a 3rd part
firewall that this is a known issue.
I should have the opportunity to do a quick test in the next couple of days
I will let you know.
