Back dating the history

How do I get my computer to restart at a past date say from 2 days ago as it
is very slow starting as I've deleted something today that now makes my
computer run slower and makes it very slow to up load start up point.

Hi,

Restart the system, and at the point where the POST ends and just before
Windows begins to load, hit the F8 key repeatedly to get the boot menu
(don't do it too early or you will get an error). From here, choose "safe
mode with command prompt", logon as administrator. From the prompt, run
C:\Windows\system32\restore\rstrui.exe. This will open System Restore where
you can choose a date from a few days ago.
