Program Name: B Gone
Version: 1.2.1
Author: Ur I.T. Mate Group
Homepage: www.it-mate.co.uk/support/bgone.asp
Download: www.it-mate.co.uk/support/bgone_download.asp
Size: 22.3KB <> 1.39MB

Description:

B Gone is a content filter for parents, children, and anyone else wishing to
keep their internet experience pleasant.

This program allows you to block site's, based on keywords in the browsers
caption bar (such as on this page, you will see "Ur I.T. Mate Group Product
Support - B Gone").

The interface, and program is password protected using our own custom
encryption routine, designed and written specifically for this program.

This program is great for those wishing to keep their children away from
porn sites, or simply preventing porn popup's appearing when entering or
exiting certain site's. It could also be used (and is more than capable), to
prevent someone accessing a certain website, or group of website's.

Updates:

Password dialog now closes when incorrect password is entered (requested)
Minor program interface modifications

Notes:

If using the "no-install" release, you MUST ensure FLSHTRAY.OCX is present
on your system, or that you have downloaded it first;

http://www.it-mate.co.uk/main_content/ocx.asp

Additionally, B Gone works with Internet Explorer ONLY at present, though
there are plans to update this to add support for other browsers (including
tabbed browsers).

In the page for this program the text turns red every time I pass the
cursor over it. It's really annoying.
Is it intentional? Is there a reason for it?

Are you talking about the links? (if not, which page?)

No. The text after "Overview". The text turns underlined and red. The
links are blue and don't change color. I'm using Mozilla Firefox.

In your css style:

-> A:hover {color: red; Text-decoration:underline;} <-

Only the links are doing it here (using IE as I detest Mozilla).
