Avoid Username and pwd

In Our office there are 10 computers are connected
toghther . These computers are configured in workgroup.
In workgroup one computer name is server.If i want to
accesss server computer resources through others computers
in the network (via run \\server in any of the computers
in workgroup) a message is diaplayed.

User name:
Password:

If only put these field open the server resources.

but avoid this one. If i want to access to server
resources run command type \\server open the server shared
resources, shoult not ask username and password message .
what i do?

In a workgroup, the best option is to go to the 'server' computer and create
all the other user accounts and passwords identically to those on the other
computers. That way nobody will ever be asked for credentials, if the
account they logged in with matches the one on the 'host' computer.
