avgxch.dll not found or loaded

When ever I start Outlook 2003 I get the following
message.

The avgxch.dll could not be found or loaded. Please use
Detect and Repair from Help menue.

After Detecting and Repairing the above message is
received when ever the outlook is run.
 
This is a component from AVG not Outlook. You can uninstaal this add-in by
going to Tools-> Options-> tab Other-> button Advanced Options...-> butto
