AVG won't download update

My AVG periodically asks me if I want to go ahead with the download
update, but when I click 'Continue', it doesn't do anything - says there are
0 bytes in the dowload.
Any ideas?

I just tried to updte AVG7 and I got the message
"No net updates available at the moment"
