AVG Problem

For some reason my AVG folder keeps getting infected with a virus that AVG
does not pick-up. Before I start I will state that it is not a file that
AVG has moved to its virus vault. The virus vault is empty and the AVG logs
show no record of having found the virus.
I run a copy of Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition twice a week, and it
has found that files in the C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application
Data\AVG7\QUEUE\TEMP are infected with W32.Netsky.P@mm!enc
I have tried isolating these with Symantec and deleting them but it comes
back every time.
1) How can I totally eliminate this problem?
2)How can I prevent it from re-occurring?

I am running a firewall both software and hardware, and all files are
scanned with AVG before being opened.

Thanks

PS. I also have noticed that on the days that these files are found my PC
has to be powered off and then restarted to use it. Is this a common
problem with this bug?

Thanks

Run norton AV online and see if that helps and/or get the netsky removal
tool from symantec web site and run it.
