avg problem

hi i ran avg it cleaned out some viruses but left some viruses a message
says file c \documents and settings\jc\local settings\temp\isisvc.exe can
not beremoved can you help thanks jc

Reboot your computer into safe mode then re-run the scan. The file could not
be deleted because it was in use.

Did it put it in the vault. If so when you are sure the file is not required
for system op you can delete the vault.
