Suddenly, AVG Free update is not working.

When I click "Check for Updates", I get the usual indication that there's an
update available. Click ok, wait a while, and then this:

The update server connection failed; no additional information is available.

Please follow these steps:
* Make sure your Internet connection is active:
in your browser please try to open the www.grisoft.com website.
(NO PROBLEM THERE.)
* If you use a firewall, make sure the update component AVGINET.EXE
is allowed to access the Internet.
(NO FIREWALL.)
* Make sure the connection parameters are set properly.
(HAVEN'T CHANGED THOSE, EVER.)
* If the problem persists, please refer to the FAQ section of our
website for an answer to your question.
(NOTHING HELPFUL THERE.)

Does anyone else have this problem?
Is there a solution?

Seems to be a temporary server problem. Just retry later.

This problem may have caused the Grisoft servers to be overloaded :

http://www.grisoft.com/doc/1
AVG Anti Virus: HOME

"...After downloading the latest AVG Anti-Virus update (AVG 7.1, load360),
customers using InCD 3.x CD burning software may experience aconflict
between the AVG Resident Shield and the InCD 3.x drivers, which results
in a problem when launching Windows XP.

Customers with this problem should un-install this older version
ofInCD while in Safe Mode and install the current version, which can
be found on the vendor's website:
http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/enu/update.php?pak=5

It is recommended that customers using InCD 3.x CD burning
softwareshould install the latest version of InCD (available at the
vendor's web site, see link below) PRIOR to downloading the newest
AVG Anti-Virus program update (AVG 7.1, load 360).

For InCD update instructions see FAQ, News section. Please contact our
AVG technical support for assistance and anyquestions.October 20, 2005..."
