AVG Anti-Virus 7.1 Problem

I can not install AVG because I do not have a License Number.
During the attempted installation I am told my License Number is in the
e-mail sent to my e-mail address.
First, I have not received an e-mail.
Second, they cannot send me an e-mail because they do not have my e-mail
address.
Can any one help me?

Perhaps the freeware version of AVG might be more to your liking?

download AVG free for windows.
Install it.
Done.
