AutoText Will Not Retain Settings

Can someone tell me why my Auto Text settings are lost after quitting Word?
I successfully save them and use them. However, once I close Word (2003 SBE)
and re-open Word, they are no longer there.

I have the same problem and am not using Acrobat 7.0? I have tried all fixes
with no luck...

....any other suggestions?

I have the same problem. I can use them when I create them but when I close
and re-open Word they are gone. Im using Adobe Pro 7.0
