Hi,

upfront - please bear with me, since the exact english Menu-descriptions are
not known to me - using German.

Following. Once access via permission has been given to one, apart from
"loading" this Mailbox so that it appears on the Outlook-File-Bar on the left
of the Main Inbox-page, it is possible to view such via Menu: File / Open /
Files of other users...

This opens a new window, in which only the content is shown, without any
sidebar and showing the appropriate icon in the taskbar eg. Kalender.

Here one can load any number of windows of other Mailboxen. On closing
Outlook, keeping a strict order in doing so, i.e. first Outllook-Main and
then the opened Kalender and Contacts of the foreign Mailbox, Outlook will
automaticaly start the last of the closed windows (in this case Contacts)
together with the main app.

QUESTION: How do I get Outlook (other than using the option Favourites) to
open foreign Kalenders and Contacts with every start (more than one), so that
these are shown in the taskbar with the appropriate icons.
Is it possible or does Outlook entails a feature where such Files could be
included in the startcycle of Outlook?

Thanks for any help in advance

You can't configure outlook to always open a certain order - you'll need to
close it in the proper order for it to open them again.

You can open mailboxes in the folder list rather than using file, open...
go to your exchange profile and add secondary mailboxes (under more settings
on 2002/2003). They won';t have their own buttons on the taskbar - but will
be in the folder list.

Hello,

thanks for the help. I figured out how to get it to start the way I wanted it.

Correct, no "configuration.
After adding secondary Mailboxes and opening eg. a Calendar and Contacts of
such, three windows will be open, i.e. Outlook (Main / mine) as well as the
Calendar and Contacts of the secondary Mailbox. These shown in the Taskbar
not with an Outlook Icon but with a Calendar and Contacts Icon.

The trick is, the way you close the lot. Rather than closing window for
window or using the "x" or a rightmouse click in the Taskbar - by closing
Outlook (main) "the old fashion way" via File ... Exit (?) - with the next
new start of Outlook all three windows are opened again.

Thanks a lot for your effort.
