How do I set up a autoreply with subject heading

like

For ex:

I will be out of the office until sept 10. You subject regarding "subject
header"

will be read when I return

You can use a rule to reply to any email sent to a specific email account
and then just create the message in the reply. I would advice against it
since you have no control over who you reply to, so all emails get a
response including spam that will now have verification of a valid email
address.

Help, I set up a similiar message when I went on vacation
and now cannot turn it off. I can't remember how I did
it but it is not in my current rules list. ????
