I'm trying to use excel to find exam clashes from a set exam timetable. I have a list of students with their subjects.
I want to be able to enter a set of specific set of subjects (that are timetabled together) to see if there are any students who will have a clash. The data is set up with the following headings - subject / family name / first name
example. Jessica is a student and she does the following subjects - English, Accounting, French, Biology and Physics.
I want to be able to enter into a field of 3 cells, three subjects that will bring up students who are completing that subject and also any clash that may occur.
