Autopublish

When using autopublish sheet (save as web page) each time
the workbiook is saved, the sheet seems to be appended to
the last (or the first) version of the html page. When
browsing in IE, the previous version is showed on top and
then furter down is the most recent version.

Does anybody know if this is a bug?
