Autopreview not turning off

Hi there!

We have a prob -

One user on Outlook XP - the autopreview simply will not remain off when we
deslect it from the view menu!

We use the preview pane instead - I have been all over the program

Any suggestions?

I'm looking into the same problem. I tried emailing you
and no luck I keep getting back undeliverable messages? If
you find anything please let me know. I'm currently
looking myself.
