autoplay window keeps appearing on screen

Wonder if anyone can help on this matter. When I have programs runnin
the autoplay window appears every 15 or 20 seconds or so, the green ba
scans across and jams/ slows down the program. Can anyone offer an
suggestions, it is driving me up the wall. Regard
 
turn off the autostart function or choose "prompt me very time to choose an
action"
