automatice email sending

I have a very large contact list but I can only email about 50 emails at one
time because of my isp. Is there any way that i can make outlook
automaticly count the contacts and send them out order until the entire list
has been sent out. Or do i have to set up distrubution list and make a each
email a time to be sent out. Just trying to make it easier without using a
outside bulk mail program

No, not without possibly writing some code. See http://www.outlookcode.com
to see if this has been addressed.

In Outlook, hit F1 and search on "mail merge".

In Word (which you need for Mail Merge), hit F1 and search on "mail
merge".

Using Mail Merge will get you around the max-recipient-per-message
anti-abuse quota at your ISP. However, it will not get you around their
max-mail-sessions-per-minute anti-abuse quota, if they have one.
Obviously this is for bulk mails you are sending outside your own
company. Might be time to start investigating on using bulk mailing
programs instead of trying to use a personal e-mail program for bulk
mailings.

By the way, for these external bulk mailings as you do them now with
multiple recipients specified, you are putting the recipients in the Bcc
field, right?
