Send a bulk email to catergory in our contact list

Can anyone assist me in sending a bulk email message to a specific category
that I have set up in my contacts?

I do not want to have to make a seperate distribution list when I already
have the category set up.

Open the contacts folder, group the view by category, select one category,
and drag it onto your inbox.
