Automatically putting a Link Bar on all pages in a Web Site

Hello,

I have an existing web site with many pages. I've created a Link Bar Web
Component at the bottom of the home page called "Footer". Is there a way to
automatically have that "Footer" Link Bar inserted into and at the bottom of
the rest of the pages in my web site?

pages, including navigation and other boilerplate.
