Link Bar Size

When I create a link bar, I cannot adjust it's size.

Specifically, I'm at Insert Web Component/Link Bars/Bars with custome links.
I put in the pages I want links for and save.

WXhen I now try to adjust the width, height, or size of the Link Bar, I
cannot.

What in the world? This must be easy!

Place the link bar in a container (<p>nav bar</p>, or <div>...</div>
etc.) and use CSSS to style the links.
