automatically inserted information in fields

You know how when you begin typing information that you
have already typed before in a field (such as an e-mail
address in the TO field of a message), the computer
automatically has the text that you have previously typed
pop up? I assume this is a new feature of Windows XP. How
do you disable that feature or delete the cache of text
that is held in the memory so it doesn't pop up again?

For IE and Search:

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Content/AutoComplete/Clear AutoComplete history

Start/Search/Change Preferences/Turn AutoComplete off
