Automatically complete email addresses in Outlook

How in the world do I turn this function on????? I can't
find it and am having to go to the address book every time
I try to send an email.

it only exists in 2003 I think. try typing Control-K to resolve addresses,
autocomplete is only a new outlook function.

If you have 2003, try this... Under the tools menu, choose options. In the Preferences tab, click on Email options. Then choose Advanced email options. At the bottom of the box should be options for "When sending..." Choose the option to "suggest names."

Mine works most of the time, mostly it's really slow in completing the address.
