Is there a way in either Exchange 2000 or Outlook 2002 for every email that
I send that my secretary automatically get a copy? I know I can do a rule
for incoming emails, but what about Outogoing.

Hi Michael,
you can create also a rule, but if you send a message, all messages stored
in the send item folder!

Why not simply grant your assistant rights to your Sent Items folder? You're
creating more mail traffic & using up more database space with your proposed
method. Your assistant can easily open your sent items folder in her own
Outlook.
