Automatic updating websites

I can not get web pages to automaticly update My browser
is Java enabled but they still wont update ever since I
upgraded to 6.0

On the tools menu there is a Synchronize option (IE6).

On the Internet Options control panel (Tools=>Internet Options), on the
general tab, press the 'Temporary Internet Files' Settings button and choose
the appropriate option to "Check for newer versions of stored pages"

On the Advanced tab you may also like to choose Security - Empty Temporary
Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
