Automatic Update server

I have several machines in my company, for some reasons
only few of them have internet conection, for these ones
is possible configure windows update Scheduled but for
many others is not. Is it possible to configure a Server in
my LAN in order to distribute updates to clients that's to
say to all computers (about 90) which have not internet
connection.

There is no need to be in Win 2000 SP3. But all your
clients must be 2000 or XP with the SUS Client up to date
(%windir%\system32\wuaueng.dll version 5.4.363.2550 or
higher).
