Automatic Sent/Recv doesn't work

I'm currently using OL2003 I have send/Receive set to 5 minutes. For the
past few weeks it hasn't worked. The only time I get mail is if I click on
the button or F9. I unchecked saved and rechecked the box and did a repair.
So far nothing has worked.



Any Ideas?
 
check the configuration setup for you send/receive under Tools Send/Receive
Settings also make sure you system is up-to-date with the latest patches.

if still an issue then your offline storage file may be corrupted. Delete
or rename all *.ost files (close Outlook first) then do a fresh send/receive.

If this does not resolve it then may want to consider doing a detect and
repair on Outlook and possibly creating a new profile.
