Automatic Restart After Shutdown

After my computer is shutdown, it automatically restarts. I have gone in and
unchecked the automatic restart option (in Control Panel, System, Startup &
Recovery), but it still restarts. Sometimes automatically after, others
within about 1 to 2 minutes.

How can I get this problem to stop?

Check the BIOS for any "Start On" or similar options that may be enabled and
disable them. One such item would be a network device that is enabled to start the
machine if network traffic is detected/present.

No, this still hasn't solved anything. It keep emphasizing the fact that you
have to uncheck the "automatically reboot box" - which it was unchecked in
the first place!
Has anyone got any further with this yet?

In hope!
