automatic response connection to gmail address

Hi,

If anyone knows how to do this, please let me know.

Whenever I send an email by clicking the contact link from a site on
the Internet, that message always automatically goes to my client-
based email account. Is there any way to configure it so that the
replies automatically go to my gmail account?
