Automatic replication of Calendar from Mailbox to PST

Trying to find a method to automatically replicate the
Outlook Calendar maintained in Mailbox (on Exchange
Server) to Personal Folders (PST) on local box. We are
using PDA's using Microsoft ActiveSync, but do not have
the server extension files necessary to connect directly
to the exchange server. Thought there should be a method
to automatically replicate the meetings and appointments
in Mailbox to PST.
