Automatic Refreshing

Is ther a way to get the IE to automaticly refresh a
page? I use a site that refreshes at the source but does
not automaticly refresh to the web. I can hit the
refresh button the tools bar and get a fresh scree with
the new information but I would like to set IE up to do
it on its own. Thanks for you help in advance.

You can refresh your page using the <META CONTENT = vContent... > tag to
specify the refresh rate. See
