Automatic namechecking

Hi there,
I use Outlook 2000 with MS Exchange 5.5 on a companynetwork. My mailbo
was re-installed after some general mailtrouble, and now the automati
namecheck when typing an adressee's name in the TO line does not work
I have to manually click the check name button to have this done.
Several other ppl experience the same problem, and our Exchang
Administrator does not now hoe to set or solve this issue.
Any idea how this can be done
 
Have you tried removing and re-adding the Outlook Address Book Service to
reset it?
