any one know tools or option to logout the user automatic when ideal

my server run win2000 AD domain

What do you mean by automatic logout ? After a inactive period of time, or
at particular time ? See WinExit.scr as a screensaver solution which logs
off user after he is inactive for specific amount of time. For second
option, use script in scheduled task, or GPO settings to logoff user, after
logon hours expire.
