Automatic Links to Documents

is there anyway that when i put a document into a specific
location folder i can get it to add a link on my website.

For example: So say i put a holiday form in a specific
folder , i want it to create a link on my webiste saying
Holiday Form
 
Just drag the document file from Folder List to your page to make a hyperlink to it
