Automatic email sizing

Hi. I have a problem. My parents recently bought a
computer with Windows XP Home Edition and when they go to
email a picture, it does not automatically bring up the
little window with the option of "make my pictures
smaller for email purposes".
Is this just something that they would have turned off
somewhere....how do I get it back on their machine?

Can't seem to get any answers from anyone around here.

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.
