Cannot reduce picture size when sending a photos via email

The Send Pictures via E-mail dialog box does not pop up when clicking "Email
this file" under the File Task. Windows will automatically direct the action
to sending email instead of giving the option to make the file size smaller.

I wonder if there is any way to reactivate this function in Windows XP
Professional.

Try this, maybe it will restore the option:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

A dialog box should report the following:

"DllRegisterServer in SHIMGVW.DLL succeeded"
