automatic dialup

When I conect my laptop to my Desktop via eithernet my
dialup connection automaticly dialsup from the host
(desktop) I've switched every switch and cliked every
cliker I can find. Any suggestions?
 
Internet Connection Sharing is responding to the laptops setting to 'dial as needed" in IE, tools options, connection tab
