Automatic Continuous Reboot

I took our DC offline. It held all the single master roles. I added a HP
proliant tape storage drive. I brought it back online. Now, it continually
reboots. It gets to the opening page and the shows a quick blue screen, which
I can't read (too fast). After that, it reboots again. It seems as if it
can't load the operating system. I have no clue what is causing this. Please
help anyone!

To start remove the tape storage drive and see if the DC will boot normally.

You can break the reboot cycle. Boot in safe mode. Open the control panel.
Then open System Properties. Choose the Advanced tab. The third check box
down tells the computer what to do in the event of a system failure. Uncheck
"Automatically Reboot." This won't fix you're problem but it will give you a
better chance at it than automatic rebooting does.

I forgot a step in there. On the advanced page you choose Startup and
Recovery. Then you'll be able to uncheck the automatically restart box.
