If I was in this situation, ( can't get into PC and unable to virus scan the
drive ) I would take a disk image, using something like Symantec Ghost, and,
paying attention to what others have said in response to your initial post,
reinstall the PC from scratch. Then I would extract what data I needed from
the old image.
