Automatic CC on email accounts

I was wondering if it is possible to setup certain email
accounts that automatically will include the employee's
supervisor as a CC without the employee having to remember
to do so? Is there a setting in Exchange that will allow
me to do this.

The user can set this up with a Rules Wizard rule and then forget about it.
